How do I contact OurCal support?
If you need help and haven't been able to find an answer in this support section, the quickest way to reach us is through the app. When you use the in-app option, your account details are included automatically, which helps us identify your account and resolve things faster.
From OurCal's Calendar:
- Tap your avatar in the top left to open Settings
- Tap Help & Feedback
- Tap Request Help
This will open an email draft with your account details pre-filled. Just describe your issue and send.
Can't access the app?
If you're locked out or unable to use the in-app option, you can email us directly at hi@ourcal.com with your help request. Please include as much detail as possible (your device, what you're seeing, and any screenshots) so we can help without your account details.
